Crates
We needed crates to package some of our products both as gift sets and to use as displays. At first we ordered crates from other suppliers, but sometimes the quality wasn’t quite what we were looking for and it was inconsistent. One batch would be good, the next not the same as the one before. To make matters worse, suppliers often went out of business causing us to have to seek out another source frequently.
Eventually out of necessity we decided to make our own and that way we could make the quality we needed and know each batch would be the same. We also had many other soap makers and candle makers who were interested in our crates for the same purposes, to use as displays or to make gift crates or gift baskets filled with their products. So that’s how it started.
We build our crates one at a time by hand, and even though they are just crates, we take pride in making them with care from quality materials. All pieces are cut by us to our specifications, then sanded and assembled, and spot sanded again. Each and every crate is inspected by at least two people before it is shipped.
Our crates come in a variety of sizes and can be used for all kinds of things, from gift crates to organizers. They even make neat decorations when used in just the right places.

Crates with measurements no longer than 12 inches are considered giftware crates. Be sure you check out our section on "Determing Size" to ensure you have the right size for your product. Height - how tall the crate is seated, the bottom. Length - how long the crate is down the sides. Width - distance between the sides, the ends (solid). |
