To Order
We keep our prices as cost effective for our customers as we can. Some products, such as our crates, are discounted when you order higher quantities. While our minimums are not extremely high, you will notice a substancial difference in our prices when ordering larger quantities versus buying below the minimum. For large orders with quantities over those listed, please send us an email or call us and we may be able to offer an additional discount for very large quantities. We welcome bulk or co-op purchases too.
We do offer SOME surplus crates on Etsy, so we encourge you to check out our shop there for your single item crate purchases. We can not combine shipping between the different sites.
Payments
We accept personal checks mailed to the address listed upon checkout. Additionally, we take credit cards through our processing company ProPay. You may use PayPal payments as well.
Shipping
We utilize United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail, UPS and FedEx as well as common carriers (commercial trucking companies) depending on the products you order and the quantity, weight etc..
REGARDING FURNITURE: If you live in Virginia in Clarke, Frederick, Warren or Loudoun counties any residential order over $200.00 can be delivered to you free. Delivery or shipping quotes are available for other locations, and for large commercial orders. Once you place your order we will call you to confirm arrangements and to discuss shipping options and costs before we finalize your order. You may also schedule an appointment to pick up your furniture if you prefer. Furniture is built once an order is placed and is normally ready for delivery or pickup within two weeks from the date of your order unless otherwise indicated. Limited quantities of some products are in stock from time to time and will be indicated on the site as ready to ship. We will discuss your delivery date when we confirm your order by phone.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Everything we make and sell is unconditionally guaranteed for thirty days from the date of purchase. If you are unhappy we are unhappy, and we will gladly replace your purchase, refund your money upon our receipt of the returned product,or work with you to resolve any issues that may arise. All furniture is warranted for one year from the date of purchase for the original purchaser for any structural defects. Your satisfaction is our first priority.

All returns must be authorized, so please call us regarding returns and we will arrange for credit or refund once we receive the merchandise. Return shipping cost will be customers responsibility.
