Because ours is a production based business (we are pouring candles and making products), we can’t always get to the telephone. You may reach our voice mail 24 hours a day. We normally return calls between 6:00 and 9:00 PM, EST Monday through Saturday, except Tuesday – when we are closed. A more effective means of reaching us is via E-mail. Our computers are online via cable modem 24 hours a day and we attend to our e-mail on a regular and frequent basis.

*NEW* For our local customers or those in the area! Fridays 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM, we open the shop to visitors for placing orders, browsing the inventory, pick ups and general visits. All we ask is that you call us and let us know you are stopping by so we can unlock the gate.
