ORDERING
Orders must be processed through our online shop. This enables us to track stock, maintain correct inventory and manage orders. If you do not wish to use our online store, we would be more than happy to assist you on the telephone or via email, however we will process the order through the store manually.

TURN AROUND TIME FOR ORDERS:
Orders process in approximately 4 – 6 days, you will be notified of any delays. Longer shipping times could be expected during holidays such as; Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Valentines, Easter and Mother’s Day.

SHIPPING
We utilize United States Postal Service Priority or First Class Mail. If you would like to arrange for another shipping method, you will need to contact us PRIOR to placing your order. Use the “contact us” page and send us an email indicating what method of shipping you would like to use.

Regardless of order size we charge a FLAT RATE OF $6.00. This flat rate is limited to the continental United States only and does not apply to wholesale and special orders. Orders are shipped United States Post Office First Class or Priority Mail. Shipping is limited to the United States. All orders over $65, not including taxes ship FREE.

PAYMENTS
The following are forms of payment we accept in our E-Shop;

  • PayPal ~ follow the instructions and your payment through the PayPal
    service. You are NOT required to have a PayPal account.
  • Cash/Check on Delivery for local (Frederick County, VA) orders only.
  • Personal Checks ~ are welcome. Make checks payable to Scents & Sensibility. Orders will be initiated once payment is received. Orders not paid within 10 days will be cancelled. Please make sure to write your order number on the memo section of your check.

RETURNS
We stand behind our products completely. Your satisfaction is extremely important. If you are unsatisfied, return the product, containing the unused portion and we will replace the product or refund your payment – excluding shipping. No explanation is necessary.  

We realize that when buying online, without being able to sniff and/or touch a product is very subjective. Therefore, we attempt to make returning your product as effortless as possible.
